Personalities

Albert Rubin - Bulgarian-born Jewish painter, sculptor, graphic artist and illustrator. He was selected for the first class of Bezalel Art School, later established his artistic career in Paris.

Amnon Pazy - mathematician who specialized in partial differential equations (PDE), served as President of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and was the Chairman of the Planning and Budgeting Committee of the Council for Higher Education in Israel.

Arnon Afek - Israeli physician who specializes in pathology and medical management. He served as Director-General of the Israeli Ministry of Health.

He is currently Deputy Director-General of Sheba Medical Center and acting director of Sheba General Hospital at Tel Hashomer.

Eli Vakil - an Israeli clinical neuropsychologist.
He is a professor and former departmental chairman of the Department of Psychology, and the head of the Memory and Amnesia Lab at the Gonda Multidisciplinary Brain Research Center at Bar Ilan University. He is also director of the Rehabilitation Center for Veterans after Traumatic Brain-Injury (TBI).

Lesley Sachs - social activist and leader of battles for gender equality and religious
freedom, CEO and Artist.

Moshe Goldberg - an Israeli mathematician, a professor emeritus of mathematics at
the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Raviv Zoller - is an Israeli business executive. He is president and chief executive officer of ICL Group Ltd.
He was chief executive officer of IDI Insurance Company Ltd. a founding member of Ness Digital Engineering.

Yitshak Kreiss - physician and Director General of Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer.
He served in the Israel Defense Forces in various capacities, achieving the rank of Brigadier General. he was appointed Surgeon General of the IDF.
Kreiss is an expert in disaster medical relief.

Organizations

The Technion’s Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning - one of the Technion’s first two departments. The program trains architects, landscape architects, urban planners, and industrial designers.
Urban planning and industrial design are offered as advanced degrees.

Shalem College - A privately funded, undergraduate-degree granting institution founded with the aim of producing "broadly educated citizens for lives of influence and service." It is the only Israeli institution
of higher education to offer a broad-based Core Curriculum as the basis for a first degree, as opposed to the general practice in Israel of restricting a student's courses to a single department or field.

Yad Hanadiv (The Rothschild Foundation) - A Rothschild family philanthropic foundation in Israel.
